Learning Outcomes and Process

The combination of an experiential group session, detailed reflection on the psychodramatic enactments and the emerging group process, and teaching and discussion of different uses of the psychodramatic techniques brings about a greater integration of theory and practice. Participants usually become more conscious of their unique leadership style and realise that this can be incorporated into their life and work.

Informed Consent

Participants enter the program must be aware that the group work course involves the development of new views and new actions with respect to one’s professional and personal life and that this has a significant emotional impact. The act of enrolling in itself indicates an applicant’s understanding that such explorations are part of the workshop.
