Federation of Training Institutes in New Zealand

The Federation of Training Institutes in New Zealand (FTINZ) is a part of the Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand Psychodrama Association Inc (AANZPA Inc). FTINZ is an umbrella group that holds the New Zealand Training Institutes together and coordinates their activities.

A Vision

Long ago it was said that without a vision the people perished. This is equally true today. We need a vision to awaken abilities and energies, to bring into our consciousness a greater sense of who we are and of the unique purpose which each of us has in being on this planet, and to assist us to make a working whole out of isolated and fragmented aspects of ourselves.
So what is our vision? The vision is of able men and women all over the place expressing themselves relevantly in the ordinary here and now situations in which they live and work. This expression may be in silence, in building, in planning, in negotiating, in teaching, or in play, but it will be a responsive and creative expression, an expression that brings joy to the human spirit, that uplifts the soul, that make makes us feel part of the universe again.
